I guess if your first class seats are paid for by the airlines you won’t have much incentive to keep economy class in mind.

Why didn’t this pass?
“Airline companies opposed the bill saying the measure was attempting to “re-regulate” the industry. The amendment failed 42-54 with all but one Republican voting against the legislation.”
